  4. Leonardo upgrade LISA officially...

Dear users,
we are happy to announce that EuroHPC Joint Undertaking has recently approved Cineca’s expression of interest in upgrading the Leonardo supercomputer, targeting an increase of 100 PFlops of computing capacity.
The Cineca project seeks both a considerable increase in performance and a broadening of the use cases addressed with the supercomputing system. Leonardo improved supercomputing architecture – LISA in short, after the universally known portrait Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci – will exploit the modular architecture of Leonardo and aims to add two more computing modules with top-of-the-market specifics.
More can be read on the Leonardo’s web page
Best Regards,
