The Orchestra Project, Connecting European Cohorts to Increase Common and Effective Response to Sars-Cov-2 Pandemic, has come to an end. This European research initiative, coordinated by the Infectious Diseases division of the University of Verona, brought together scientists from 37 different partner institutions from 14 countries to provide much-needed data to support the management and control of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The final meeting provided an opportunity for project participants to reflect on their accomplishments, discuss key findings, and explore the impact of the project on ongoing pandemic response efforts, also celebrating the collaborative spirit and scientific achievements that have made this project a success.

This remarkable collaboration has generated vital data to support the management of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing key insights into the virus and shaping public health responses across Europe. This shared knowledge and scientific work will leave a lasting legacy, influencing future global health strategies and pandemic preparedness.
