Dear users,
we are pleased to inform you of the registration opening for: 
11th Summer School of Scientific Visualization
CINECA, June, 11-15 2012
 
The School of Scientific Visualization is an intense, 5 days, graduate level course. Scientific visualization  is  a remarkable branch of computer graphics. Its purpose is to graphically illustrate scientific data to enable scientists to understand, illustrate, and obtain insights from their data.
Topics:

Introduction to computer graphics
Introduction to scientific and remote visualization
High-performance visualization tools and libraries
Advanced techniques for in-situ visualization 
Acceleration engines for complex scenarios

 
The school is aimed at final year master students, PhD students, and young researchers in computational sciences and scientific areas with different backgrounds.
The number of participants for each edition is limited to 24 students. Applicants will be selected according to their experience and  qualifications.Registrations will be open on March 1, 2012.
Application deadline: May 1, 2012
The list of admitted applicants will be published on May 7, 2012
