Dear Users,we would like to inform you about a change in our Help Desk procedure for a better organization of the services we offer.From tomorrow the tickets that we mark as closed will no longer be automatically reopened if the user replies to those tickets.In place of it, the user will be notified via automatic email that the ticket is closed.If help desk assistance is still required, the user can write us by opening a new ticket.
