EFGW: Maintenance Completed – Cluster Back in Production

Dear Users,

We are pleased to inform you that today’s scheduled maintenance has been successfully completed. The cluster is now fully operational and back in production.

During the maintenance, the NoMachine server was upgraded on all visualization nodes, as previously communicated. For more information about the known issue related to clients newer than version 10, please refer to our EFGW users’ guide. In addition, a workaround enabling access via NX with newer clients has been successfully tested and will be documented in the same section of the guide in the coming days.

Please also be aware that the access nodes were restarted during the maintenance. If you encounter errors such as: “WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED!” please refer to the dedicated FAQ in our user guide for instructions on how to resolve the issue.

Best regards,
