EFGW: reduced maximum cores per user from October 19 to 23

Dear Users,

Due to the SOLPS Code Camp taking place next week on the EFGW cluster, the MaxTRESPerUser limit (the maximum amount of resources that each user can utilize simultaneously through running jobs) will be temporarily reduced from 768 cores (three nodes) to 512 cores (two nodes).

As a result, longer waiting times on the production partition may be expected during this period.
