EUROFUSION GATEWAY reminder: registration on UserDB portal

Dear Gateway users,

we kindly send you a final remind to check that you are correctly registered on our UserDB portal to be compliant with CINECA ISO certification.
If you are still not registered, we kindly remind you to:

– register on the UserDB portal using the email you currently use on the Gateway.
– upload a valid Document ID in the Documents for HPC page
– Insert your current affiliation in the Institution page
– write an email to [email protected] to inform us that you have done.
You can refer to our User Guide for more detailed instructions. In case of problems, please write to [email protected]

If you are already registered on UserDB but with a different email address, we kindly ask you to verify that your profile on UserDB is complete and write to [email protected] from the email defined on the UserDB. In the email kindly inform us which email you would like to continue using and we will modify your profile accordingly.

We remind you that, for those still not registered to UserDB, next Monday, January 12th, access to the Gateway will be suspended until your situation will not have been regularized.
