EUROFUSION Marconi-SKL: modification of limits for the debug partition

Dear Users,
in order to enforce a proper usage of the debug partition skl_fua_dbg, the following limits have been added to the current ones:
1) MaxTRESPU (Max number of resources per user): 4 nodes
Each user can ask up to 4 nodes for a single job (unchanged); in addition, no more than 4 nodes in total can be used by a single user’s running jobs.
2) MaxSubmitJobsPU (Max number of jobs which can be submitted per user): 10 jobs
Each user can submit a maximum of 10 jobs to the partition.
