EUROFUSION Marconi-SKL: modification of limits for the debug partition

Dear Users,
in order to enforce a proper usage of the debug partition skl_fua_dbg, a few changes have been made:
 – increased the number of nodes from 12 to 16
 – decreased the maximum run time from 2 hours to 1 hour
 – limited the number of running jobs per user to 1
