Fermi status: updates

Dear users,
Following today’s partial restart of the Fermi cluster (only 5 racks are up and running), some jobs may have crashed and therefore need to be re-submitted. So, all users who submitted their jobs are kindly requested to check them out and re-submitt them, if needed.
