Galileo: Mic job submission available

Dear Users,
We inform you that now it is possible to submit jobs requiring Intel XeonPhi accelerators.
Some configuration changes were applied to the XeonPhi accelerators in order to minimize the whole energy consumption of Galileo cluster. These changes imply that henceforth it is required to ask for both MIC on a single node (nmics=2), also in cases where one MIC will be used.
