  4. Galileo temporary stop on...

Dear Users,
In order to install an update of the PBS on Galileo, that fixes the bug causing unauthorized job requests,  we need to schedule a stop of the queues and the compute nodes on April 27th at 9 am. The stop should last all morning and we expect to have the cluster back to production by 2 p.m. same day. Please note that this job rejection issue may still occur before the update will be in place. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Only jobs which will end by 9:00 a.m. of April 27th, will start running. For such reason, while no jobs will be killed at the start of the operations, those requiring a longer walltime will have to wait until the end of the procedure before being considered for scheduling. The login nodes and storage areas will instead remain available.
Best Regards,
