Dear Users,
this is to inform you that the Galileo100 interactive computing service maintenance has been completed, and the service is again available at the url:
https://jupyter.g100.cineca.it/
Please note that a few changes have been made:
- the Visual Studio Code and the Rapids environment have been restored and they are available again;
- the Slurm web interface and the MXNet environment are not available anymore, since their support has been discontinued;
- you will find a new release (2024.04) in the parameters settings, containing the upgraded versions of the environments (Dask 2024.5, Pytorch 2.3.0, Ray 2.21.0, Tensorflow 2.12, Transformers 4.40.2, MDAnalysis 2.7.0). The former releases have been removed due to security issues, thus you might need some minor changes in your codes to ensure compatibility with the new versions of those packages.
Besides Python-based environments (3.11), you will find also R 4.3.3 and Julia 1.9.4 kernels; the user guide for the service is at the usual url:
