Help Desk Service (HPC and Cloud) reduced from August 10th to 21st

Dear Users,

We inform you that the help desk service (HPC and Cloud) availability will be reduced for the next two weeks:

• From August 10th to 14th the HPC and Cloud help desk services will be closed. No support will be available and evaluation of HPC Access requests from new users will be interrupted.
• From August 17th to 21st the help desk service will be available only for the morning shift. Users HPC Access requests will be evaluated.

The Help Desk service will come back fully operational again on August 24th.
