Leonardo: accounting issue

Dear Leonardo Users,

as a consequence of the issue that affected Leonardo from March 21st to 28th, also the calculation of the budget consumed in the same period has been affected, reporting anomalous values.

To restore the situation, we decided to set to zero the budget consumed by the jobs terminated in the above period, including the entire day of March 21st, even if in the morning the cluster was in full production.

The budget restoration will be effective and visible via saldo command from tomorrow.
