Leonardo: booster maintenance completed and issues on DCGP jobs

Dear Users,

the partial maintenance on Leonardo booster has been completed. Before its completion an unexpected issue on Leonardo infiniband network put many nodes down and most of the running jobs on DCGP partition failed. The problem has been solved and now the entire cluster is back to production.
