Leonardo: issues on slurm controller and on FAST storage

Dear Users,

we would like to inform you that we are experiencing intermittent issues with the slurm controller on Leonardo, resulting in moments of unresponsiveness. We are also working on fixing the issues emerged yesterday on the accounting procedure (Leonardo: accounting procedure issue).

Today we also encountered a problem on the $FAST area,  causing all operations – such as git, or standard I/O operations – trying to access that area to fail or be in hang until the problem is solved. Your running jobs accessing that area may have failed or finished in hang state, and may need to be resubmitted. In the meantime, we recommend using the $WORK and $SCRATCH filesystems as temporary alternatives.
