LEONARDO: Job Submission Issues

Dear users,

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting Slurm account associations, which is preventing the submission of new jobs on the cluster.

While basic Slurm commands, such as sacct and squeue, continue to operate normally, users may encounter errors when attempting to submit new jobs. Jobs that are already running are not expected to be affected.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
