Leonardo scheduled operations update

Dear users,
the Ethernet upgrade operation performed yesterday in some regions of the Booster partition of Leonardo was successfully completed. Other regions of both Booster and DCGP partitions will be upgraded between the 26th and the 27th of August. Like with yesterday, the running jobs should not be affected by the operations, but in case if your jobs use intelmpi, we suggest to use “mpirun”, instead of “srun”, until the end of the operations.

We also remind the stop of production scheduled for August 27th, for ordinary maintenance operations. Unlike what was announced in the previous HPC-News, only the Booster partition will be put off production. DCGP partition will not be halted, and login and Datamover nodes will also remain accessible.
