MARCONI/PICO: recovery operations after the weather emergency

we inform you that the recovery operations of the file system of Marconi and PICO (DRES area) affected by the weather emergency on October 2024 are still ongoing. The situation is more complex than we expected and the operations are taking more time than we have estimated.
