Marconi: Production reduced

Dear Users,

given the weather forecast of high temperatures in the next few days and the still ongoing issues to the cooling apparatus, we need to reduce the load of the cluster. Starting from Friday, June 28th at 11:00 CEST, we will put some racks out of production without killing any job. If the temperature will later on exceed critical thresholds we might kill some of the running jobs.
