Network interruption of Casalecchio Headquarters on Saturday April 5th

Dear Users,

this is to inform you that on Saturday April 5th there will be an intervention to the network connectivity of our Casalecchio Headquarters. The intervention will start at 14:00 CEST and it is expected to last few hours.

During the operations the following systems will be affected:

CLUSTERS:

• Galileo100, Marconi and Eurofusion Gateway login nodes will not be reachable. The jobs on compute nodes accessing internet through the login nodes will therefore crash. The interacting computing platform will also not be available.
• Leonardo, since is not hosted in the Casalecchio facility, will remain available for those with a valid 2FA certificate obtained before the start of the intervention.

CLOUD:

• ADA will not be reachable via Dashboard or CLI.
• Virtual Machines hosted on ADA will continue to run but won’t be reachable from the outside (e.g. ssh, http/s …)

Moreover, UserDB portal, HPC website and SSO portal will not be reachable so it will not be possible to download 2FA certificates with step client commands.
