New software stacks available on Pitagora

Dear users,
the following software stacks are now available after you log into Pitagora:

1. A stack based on Openmpi compiled with Oneapi, with the following modules:
   openmpi/4.1.6, adios/1.13.1, netcdf-c/4.9.2, netcdf-fortran/4.6.1, boost/1.85.0, netlib-scalapack/2.2.0, fftw/3.3.10, parallel-netcdf/1.12.3, parmetis/4.0.3, hdf5/1.14.3, petsc/3.22.1 (with mumps), py-mpi4py/3.1.5
   
   For example, if you need the module of fftw compiled with this stack, you can identify it as:
   fftw/3.3.10–openmpi–4.1.6–oneapi–2024.1.0   
   
   
   
2. A stack based on the most recent version of clang 21.1.0 provided by llvm installation, with the following modules:
   openmpi/4.1.6, adios/1.13.1, amdblis/4.2, amdfftw/4.2, amdlibflame/4.2, netcdf-c/4.9.2, amdscalapack/4.2,
   netcdf-fortran/4.6.1, boost/1.85.0, parallel-netcdf/1.12.3, parmetis/4.0.3, hdf5/1.14.3, py-mpi4py/3.1.5, metis/5.1.0
   
   For example, if you need the module of fftw compiled with this stack, you can identify it as:
   fftw/4.2–openmpi–4.1.6–clang–21.1.0
