Pitagora: access temporarily closed due to security vulnerability – Update

Dear Users,

We are pleased to inform you that access to the Pitagora Data Movers has been fully restored. Users can once again access, upload, download, and manage their data through the dedicated Data Mover infrastructure. Information on available services, access paths, and usage instructions is available in the documentation:

Please note that access to the Data Movers is currently available via SFTP only. Users can connect to the Data Mover nodes using an SFTP client to browse the filesystem and retrieve the paths to their data.

Access to the login nodes remains temporarily restricted while remediation activities continue to fully address the security vulnerability disclosed last Friday.

Further updates will be provided as soon as the issue has been completely resolved.
