PITAGORA and EFGW: Cluster Access Restored and Production Resumed

Dear Users,

We would like to inform you that the operations required to implement the necessary mitigations have been successfully completed on both PITAGORA and EFGW.

As a result, access to the clusters has been restored and both systems are now back to full production.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that viz08 on EFGW will remain unavailable, as it will be used for testing activities related to the NX server upgrade required to address the “NoMachine Client Version 10 or Above Incompatibility with Server Version” known issue.
