Pitagora job submission issues – SOLVED

Dear users,
this is to inform you that the Slurm scheduler issue of Pitagora, for which some jobs could get cancelled immediately after entering in execution, is now considered solved.

Last week we performed a configuration change on the Slurm settings to fix the issue. After monitoring the status of the jobs for some time, it can be confirmed that the problem is not expected to happen again. In case you experience a new case of a job cancelled immediately after execution without a clear reason, please write to [email protected] reporting the problem.
