REMINDER MARCONI: complete shut down on December 2nd

This is to remind you that from tomorrow, the 2nd of December 2025, MARCONI will be shut down and it will no more be available for the access to the login nodes and the HOME filesystem.

We will close off the login nodes, we will not be able to restore the data.
