Season’s greetings and HelpDesk closure during the festivities

Dear users,
this is to inform you that during the Christmas and New Year holidays the HelpDesk service will remain closed on the following days:
– Wednesday, December 25th
– Thursday, December 26th
– Friday, December 27th
– Tuesday, December 31st
– Wednesday, January 01st
– Monday, January 06th

The HelpDesk will remain open in all the other workdays of the following two weeks, but at reduced hours: from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30 CET. The regular schedule will resume on Tuesday, January 07th, from 08:30 to 18:30.
