Season’s greetings and HelpDesk closure during the festivities

Dear users,
this is to inform you that during the Christmas and New Year holidays the HelpDesk service will remain closed on the following days:
– From Wednesday, December 24th to Friday, December 26th
– From Wednesday, December 31st to Tuesday, January 6th

The HelpDesk will remain open on Monday, December 29th and Tuesday, December 30th, but at reduced hours: from 08:30 to 13:30 CET. The regular schedule will resume on Wednesday, January 07th, from 08:30 to 18:30.
