UPDATE: LEONARDO Job Submission Issues

Dear Users,

The issue affecting Slurm account associations on Leonardo is still ongoing and continues to prevent the submission of new jobs on the cluster.

While basic Slurm commands, such as sacct and squeue, continue to function normally, users may encounter errors when attempting to submit new jobs. Jobs that are already running are not expected to be affected.

In addition to impacting job submission, the underlying issue may also affect access to the Lustre storage system, resulting in “Permission denied” errors for some users.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
