The aim of the ASSESLEEP is to improve the diagnosis of sleep disorders, considered a public health problem, through sleep monitoring with physiological sensors that can be easily use at home. Bitbrain intends to use this data to improve artificial intelligence sleep analysis and create comprehensive datasets that will stimulate the development of new e-sleep health solutions and tools.

Start date: 05/01/2021

Duration in months: 9

Problem Description

The experiment aims to explore new ways to accurately monitor sleep using comfortable sensors and collect multisensor sleep datasets to improve AI-powered sleep analysis.

Goals

New services

Challenges

The main challenge is to develop a highly accurate sleep monitoring device that can comfortably records sleep at your home to overcome expensive sleep diagnostics with waiting times longer than 6 months.

Innovation results

A new ergonomic sleep monitoring hardware for uncontrolled environments and a robust data analysis tools for the accurate assessment of sleep structure and quality are the main innovations of the experiment.
