Proventus, an IT company , developed the personal gardening assistant Tomappo. The project aims to create a garden-specific knowledge chart that connects Tomappo user data to external sources, in order to provide customized and relevant data and increase the efficiency of the B2B offer.

Problem Description
To build a knowledge graph that enables us to link data generated by Tomappo users to external sources to cater better for the users needs with personalized and contextually relevant data and increase the efficiency of our B2B offer.

The challenge is to integrate Tomappo user data with external data so that gardeners receive even more information in a structured way, while garden centers and gardening brands will benefit from greater efficiency and automation of their digital communication with gardeners.
Innovation results
The result is to build and exploit a knowledge graph for hobby vegetable gardening, by linking user generated data with publicly available data, e.g., weather, soil information. This innovation addresses the needs of larger brands for digitalization and automatization of marketing activities.
