GenoMed4All develops a platform for high-throughput, confidential and secure federated learning-based management and sharing of genomic, clinical and other “-omics” health data. The goal is to use artificial intelligence (AI) model resources for research in the field of personalized medicine for rare hematologic diseases, combining already established clinicopathologic parameters with advanced genomic profiling, and thus create synergies for diagnosis, prognosis and innovative therapies.

For the EU Genomed4All project, CINECA provides its computational resources and expertise for a number of use cases, ranging from MRI image processing through distributed machine learning to the execution of complex analysis pipelines on genomic sequences.
