PITAGORA: Update to Intel OneAPI MPI Module Settings

Dear EUROfusion users,

We inform you that, after a period of testing and validation, a configuration change has been applied to the module intel-oneapi-mpi/2021.12.1

The previous setting:
export UCX_TLS=^rc
has been replaced with:

This new configuration explicitly selects the validated transports for intra-node (self, mm) and inter-node (dc_mlx5) communications. It has been introduced to further reduce communication issues observed by applications widely used within the EUROfusion community.

We expect this updated setting to improve both the performance and the stability of a broad range of use cases that experienced problems with the previous configuration.

The User Guide has been updated accordingly (see https://docs.hpc.cineca.it/hpc/pitagora.html#known-issues). You will also find additional information and instructions on how to manually configure these variables, should you need to test alternative solutions.
