The 2nd Geo-INQUIRE Transnational Access Call to European research infrastructures is open until 17 July 2024, 17:00 CEST.

Geo-INQUIRE (Geosphere INfrastructures for QUestions into Integrated REsearch) invites applications from researchers, technicians, students, and other specialists engaged in solid Earth research, including land-sea-atmosphere interfaces. This initiative promotes high-quality, interdisciplinary, and curiosity-driven research by providing free access to unique high-level installations and experiments.

A Question & Answer session for the second Geo-INQUIRE Transnational Access Call will take place Wednesday, June 26 2024, from 10:00 – 11:00 CEST. Please register here to receive the dial-in data.

Selected users will receive support to conduct their proposed research at Geo-INQUIRE facilities, including access to necessary equipment, support staff, consumables, and training for external users. Some installations may also offer financial assistance for travel and subsistence, but applicants must verify the availability and conditions of such support directly with the installations prior to applying.

Geo-INQUIRE encourages applications from diverse scientific fields, provided the projects are feasible and relevant to its research topics.

Applications are being accepted online until 17:00 CEST on July 17, 2024.
