Mastropietro Michele

After a Master's degree in aerospace engineering, Michele obtained a PhD in astronomy from the university of Gent as a Marie Sklodowska Curie fellow with a thesis on n-body simulations of galaxies. He then joined INAF at the Rome astronomical observatory as a technologist in the Cherenkov telescopes research group, caring the telescope's data processing system and the data analysis infrastructure. Michele currently works as an HPC scientific application engineer in the HPC cloud support group.
