Safari Mandana

Mandana Safari, with an MSc in Nanophysics from Razi University, Iran, focused on DFT applications in her master's thesis. She pursued a Ph.D. at SISSA, Italy, exploring charge transfer mechanisms at surfaces using DFT, DFPT, genetic algorithms, and NNIP in phonon calculations. Completing a master in High-Performance Computing at SISSA-ICTP, she excelled in applying neural networks to predict Quantum Espresso time-per-call on supercomputers. As an HPC Specialist at CINECA, Mandana contributes actively to the MAX project, leveraging high-performance computing for scientific advancements.
