Stacchetti Andrea

Graduated in Physics with a thesis in Biophysics and a strong passion for life sciences and history.
Earned a PhD in Neurobiology, where I studied the input-output properties of several excitatory neurons through computer simulations. Currently attending a Master’s program in HPC, where I gained skills in parallelization on HPC systems and code optimization. In the past two years, I collaborated with an oncology hospital on genomic data analysis, focusing on mutation calling and chromatin accessibility.
