Varrassi Lorenzo

Lorenzo is a computational condensed matter physicist with a physics degree from the University of Bologna, where he also completed his PhD and postdoctoral research. His work has focused on analyzing optical properties using first-principle simulation codes such as VASP, Yambo, and Quantum Espresso, as well as developing high-throughput workflows for post-DFT methods within the AiiDA framework. He is deeply interested in scientific computing and the application of machine-learning methods to condensed matter physics.
