Service closed User Satisfaction Survey
Cineca conducts its Annual Help Desk Service Satisfaction Survey to gather valuable feedback from its users, aiming to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the services provided continually. This survey is an important tool for understanding the needs and expectations of users, allowing Cineca to identify areas for improvement and to adapt its support services to better serve its community. Users are invited to participate in the survey through an online platform, where they can provide detailed feedback on various aspects of Cineca’s support services. The survey includes questions designed to capture insights into user satisfaction, service quality, response times, and overall user experience. The feedback collected is then carefully analyzed, and the results are used to guide future improvements in service delivery. The survey is conducted for at least one month, typically at the end of the year.
