User Support

CINECA’s User Support team provides support to all users of CINECA’s HPC systems.

We operate the Help Desk: provide information, help users in solving their computational problems and support them to find the best way to deal with their scientific problems. We also take care of the documentation.

In case of problems, before contacting the Help Desk, please give a look at the folder “FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions“.

– Registration: register to UserDB. Once you are a CINECA user, you can see, in your personal profile of the UserDB database, your information, the projects you are granted for, your allocation balance and other services;
