A measurement of the impact on scientific community from the usage of Cineca resources may be reflected from the number of scientific articles acknowledging Cineca and how much they are cited.
Here we report some statistics of these articles.
In 2025 there has been 894 new publications with Cineca acknowledgment.
The 7,941 Articles published in the period 2008-2025 has been cited a total of 28,884 times.

The following figure shows the scientific domains of the publications in the period 2008-2025 (each paper may be assigned to multiple domains). Physics and Chemistry are the most present.
Nationality of authors organizations (top 10)
As the large portion of CINECA users have Italian affiliation, also the papers citing CINECA have the majority of authors that are members of Italian organizations. However, there is also an important number of authors with non Italian affiliation confirming not only the importance of Cineca for Italian institutes and universities but also international outlook of the researches done at CINECA.
